Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on this website for pickup at the restaurant.

Seller: ONAMA, SAS with a share capital of €3,000, RCS Annecy 952 248 532, 44 rue de la Poste, 74210 Doussard, France, which runs the Pizza Sympa restaurant.

Prices: in euros, all taxes included. The price you pay is the one shown when you order.

Payment: online by card through Stripe, or at the restaurant when you collect your order if this option is offered. Every order includes a service fee, paid online or at pickup, shown before you place the order.

Pickup: at the time you chose, at 44 rue de la Poste in Doussard. Dishes are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Cancellation by you: up to 30 minutes before the pickup time you chose, by calling +33 4 50 44 32 10. An order paid online is then refunded to the card used to pay for it. After that, it can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation by the restaurant: if we cannot prepare an order, we let you know and refund it in full if it was paid online.

Orders not collected: an order that was paid for and not collected is not refunded.

Alcohol: selling alcoholic drinks to minors is prohibited (article L3342-1 of the French Public Health Code). You may be asked for ID when you collect your order.

Allergens: they are listed on the menu; if in doubt, ask us before you order.
