Data controller: ONAMA, which runs the Pizza Sympa restaurant, 44 rue de la Poste, 74210 Doussard, France. Contact: pizza.sympa.doussard@gmail.com.

Data collected: name, phone number, email address (optional), the content of the order, the pickup time and the note you leave, if any. Online payment goes through Stripe: we never see your card number.

Why, and on what basis: to prepare your order, let you know when it is ready and reach you if there is a problem, which is needed to fulfil the order. You can turn down the text message that tells you the order is ready by unticking the box when you order. Sales records are kept for accounting, a legal obligation. Your details are never used for advertising.

Recipients: the restaurant team, Stripe (payment), Brevo (text messages and emails), Vercel (website hosting).

Transfers outside the European Union: Vercel and Stripe are American companies. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention: your contact details are deleted 3 years after your last order. Sales records (dishes, amounts, VAT) are kept for 10 years, like any accounting record (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).

Your rights: access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to pizza.sympa.doussard@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

The website uses no advertising cookies. Your cart is saved in your browser, and so is your choice when you close the language suggestion.

Visits to the website are measured with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying you: pages viewed, the site you came from, country, type of device and browser. A few actions are counted too, with nothing about you: a dish opened or added to the cart (its name), opening the cart, the steps of the order form (the name of a field left incomplete, never what you typed), an order sent, paid or refused (payment and pickup choice, never its content or your details), a tap on the phone number, the directions, a link to another website or the language switch. The tracking link of an order is never sent to it.
